I've been working on some new fabric designs. I found a sketchbook from awhile ago, and have been having so much fun making new sketches!

Here's my latest print set - it's for sale in my etsy shop, and my website. It is a set of three, separate 8 by 10 prints. I hope you love it! :)

This verse has been on my heart lately. I just need to say it over and over again. It's funny how we know something, but still need to be reminded constantly. Maybe I should tattoo this verse (and like 200 other ones) on my arm???

And maybe I'll add "God is in control, and He has good plans for you." to the tattoo job.

My "Forest Owls" fabric came the other day. I was very pleased with how it turned out. I even made a print to match (an alphabet print). I think it's perfect for the fall. I may do this one again and make it non-directional though, so it's easier to sew.

FYI-Spoonflower has changed their site so that designers can sell their fabric on spoonflower's site. All they have to do is mark it so that it can be bought by others, and the designer (seller) gets a small percentage of the sale. Now, the only one I have for sale on spoonflower right now is my christmas owls, in case anyone is interested in buying those. All of my other designs can be viewed in my gallery, but are not for sale. You'll have to contact me for those, or visit my etsy shop :).

Oh, my! It's been a long time since I posted last...I've been really, really busy creating! Here is what I'm working on now. I just did the shark one tonight. I'm trying to do something simple for my kids' bathroom. I'm thinking I'll make one to match it that is a big boat in the water - not sure what else.....any susggestions?

Well, here's what I did with it --- I made a set. I actually made a hippo to go with it but I didn't like it, so now there's only two! Maybe I'll add the hippo later, or mess with it a bit, but I just wasn't feelin him, and he wasn't feelin me either. I think these are gender neutral, and classic. I've seen some darn cute baby bedding out there with this color of green with black accents and I think it's just so sharp. Anyways - I'm off to bed. I hope everyone has a great night! This is the final piece to the "Nature Series". I wasn't sure if I wanted to list it, I just didn't know if I was done with it - if it needed something more. I think I'll just keep it like it is and list it anyways. I love owl stuff!

Here are my two newest etsy listings. I had been working on a third print for this set but it just didn't turn out the way I wanted...so I didn't list it. It is an owl - maybe I'll get back to it another time, but for now I just have this matching set which I think would look so cute side by side in a little girls room. What do you think? Should I add a third to this "nature" series set?
